Dr. Casey Combs
I’m Dr. Casey Combs, a proud audiologist and the founder of Sound On Audiology in Derby, Kansas. My journey into audiology is deeply personal—I have profound hearing loss myself and wear bilateral cochlear implants. I know exactly what it’s like to sit on the other side of the audiologist’s chair, and that experience shapes the care I provide every day.
I earned my Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Kansas Medical Center. With over 8 years of clinical experience working in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) clinics, I specialize in diagnosing and treating hearing loss, fitting hearing aids, managing tinnitus, and supporting cochlear implant recipients. I also provide basic vestibular evaluations and plan to expand our balance testing services in the near future to include concussion care and pediatric assessments.
